H. Harry Kazakian is the founder and President & Chief Executive Officer of USA Express Legal Support, Claims Management & Investigative Services, Inc., and as such, oversees the day-to-day operations of the company. Harry Kazakian has been in the Legal Support, Claims Management & Investigative arena in the last 22 years providing multitude of investigations and Claims Management to the corporations and insurance Special Investigations units. He has mediated over 4000 cases and testified in the court of law in regards to the investigations he has provided. He is a licensed private investigator, Former Claims Adjuster for over 22 years & Licensed Independent Adjuster by California Department of Insurance, and former Paramedic for over 10 years. He is an active member of the California Association of Licensed Investigators along with many others.
An expert in insurance defense and background investigations in criminal and civil matters, Mr. Kazakian has spoken at numerous workshops and seminars on the subject of fraud and background investigations. He has spoken to over one thousand attorneys in California in the last two years and provided accident investigations training to the adjusters and investigators of a major insurance carrier in Southern California. He is a former Paramedic with Los Angeles County with an extensive knowledge and experience in emergency medicine and treatment, and former Claims Adjuster with a major insurance carrier with extensive experience in high exposure and complex cases including insurance coverage & bad faith for over 22 years, as such, he is also an expert witness in the field of Insurance Claims, Coverage, Bad Faith Consulting, and Testifying.
